  4. Packaging: Carefully package the product in its original packaging, if possible, and include all accessories and documentation.
  5. Shipping: Ship the product back to us at the address provided in the return instructions. We will cover the return shipping costs if the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
